General Information:


-We strongly encourage ordering samples prior to making a full order whenever possible.  Make sure to carefully check your measurements or measurements provided from your contractor/installer.


-Please note all samples are final sale and not eligible for returns.  Returns are not permitted for any discontinued or sale items


-Consider adding 10% to your tile quantities to allow for possible breakage during installation.  You’ll need a bit extra during installation as some of the cuts at the edges of the project will invariably result in unusable leftover pieces.  Use up broken or chipped pieces for your cuts.  Please consult with your contractor/installer for their opinion on how much extra you should order. 


-Bossio Stone Imports reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time for any reason.


-Customer understands that variations of size, colour and shading are inherent of all ceramic and natural stone products.  Natural stone may also have natural blemishes within the stone itself and are not considered defects. Although manufactured tiles may be more uniform, variations in color and texture may still occur and the color of any sample may differ slightly from the current offering.


-No claims can be made in respect to size, colour, cracking, chipping, spalling and/or suitability after installation.  The purchaser is responsible for the inspection and the acceptance of material upon pickup/delivery.




-Please be advised that any and all delivery dates are estimates only, we cannot guarantee specific deadlines, we recommend booking installation only after receipt of all the tiles in good order. Bossio Stone Imports is not responsible for any costs of contractor fees or project related delays.


-There must be someone 18 years+ available at the delivery location to receive and sign for the tile.   


-Tile will be brought off the truck via lift gate and left curbside.  It is your responsibility to bring the tile from the curb inside.  Delivery drivers will not breakdown pallets or deliver tile inside.  Please keep in mind, tile is heavy, weighing as much as 50lbs per box.


-Inspect your shipment for any signs of damage, including damaged boxes and any other external damage. This damage inspection must be made prior to accepting your shipment.


-your packing slip will be attached to your shipment.  Please review you packing slip closely as it contains the number of boxes in your shipment.  Be sure you have received all boxes prior to accepting you shipment.


-sign your delivery slip (BOL/Delivery Receipt) If order is missing or has damaged boxes, make clear detailed notes on the slip and receive both the damaged and undamaged product.  Take pictures of the damage.  This is very important, we will not be able to provide claim support or replace you missing or damaged tiles without notes on the delivery slip when you sign for it, and provide pictures.


-Any claims must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery. Call Bossio Stone Imports to arrange for replacement of the damaged product or any boxes that may be missing.


-Please do not discard the broken tiles until after you have contacted us.




-Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.  Please contact Bossio Stone Imports to arrange return approval and shipping.


-Freight costs associated with the return are the responsibly of the purchaser.


-For shipping purposes only full boxes of material will be accepted for return, regardless of order size.


-Delivery/freight is non-refundable.


-Materials must be in it’s original packaging and packed well.  Any damage that occurs during return will not be accepted for credit.
